We strive to dispatch your products as soon as you place your order with us ,or within 8 - 10 business days. We ship on all week days ( Monday to Friday ) , excluding public holidays .Once an order is placed with us ,we do not accept any cancellations. Only in case of a defective / Incorrect product , an exchange shall be considered.
All Upsemble Products are handcrafted . Colour Variations Cannot be Subject to rejection of merchandise .

Our Products are tailored made to every order placed ( most of our products are customised ) and hence we do not partake in any exchanges or refunds . Alteration can be done within 7 to 10 days.
